Airship officiers roles
Ship’s Captain Owner of the ship. Expected to be bold and decisive, his role is to hold together the crew. The captain decides where to go and when distributing the loot and settle serious quarrels. He could also marry crewman together if such things were to happen.
Quartermaster His role is voted among the crew and was charged to protect the sailor’s interests. He would also settle minor disputes, maintain the order and distribute the food. The captain would often delegate his tasks to the quartermaster.
Helmsman (Sailing Master) The pilot as being as well the officer in charge of the navigation. When the captain would have decided where to go, he would plan the course accordingly.
Engineer Supervising, maintaining and repairing the ship is his duty. He can also create new technology for better performance. At the beginning of each day and at the end of each night, he must report to the captain the state of the ship.
Surgeon The ship’s doctor. Can be a conjurer or even an alchemist. In any case, he’s responsible for the crew’s health, either be mental or physical.
Master Gunner The officer taking care of guns, cannons and ammunition. He was also expected to prepare the black powder (i.e. shifting and weighting it.)
Mate Mates were apprentices of either the master gunner, sailing master, quartermaster or surgeons.
A.B.S. (Able-bodied sailor)/crewman The backbone of the ship. A.B.S can read the weather, know the winds as well as the bases of navigation.
Swab (Swabbie) Lowest ranking on the ship, the common sailor. They assist the A.B.S. as well as clean the deck. Not the most glamorous job around.

Icly we are...
A self-serving crew of airpirates with our G. Q. situated in Mist. We are not goody-two-shoes; we steal, kill and doesn't care about laws as long it serves ourselves. However, inside the group, cohesion and loyalty are absolutely required. There will be no mutineers, no backstabbing and no squabbling over the loot. Treat other as you wish to be treated yourself. The Sky Fury is a family. Welcome, cousin.
OOCly we are...
A small RP Free Company on Mateus. There are no officers (everyone has the same privileges) looking to create a non-pressured and fun environment for our members. We have a large mansion in Mist, airships and submarines. We don't raid or do end game, we log when we want and we kick no one out of inactivity. Once in a while, we do ponies/birds/dogs farm but that's mostly it in term of content. There is also the occasional dungeons or IC map party and maybe one day we will do IC Diadem. Alt friendly.
